Teachers will prepare relevant learning materials (e.g., Word or PowerPoint files) for each session, which will be shared with the student at the end of every lecture.
During each tutoring session, the assigned My Tutor Xpert administrator will be available on Skype chat in case any issue needs to be discussed or clarified.
There is a specific protocol to be followed at the beginning and end of every Skype session. Both the student and teacher must type “session started” at the start of the lesson. Similarly, at the end of the session, they must write “session finished”. This ensures that administrators have full visibility and record of all tutoring sessions.
Typically, after the third session, the assigned administrator will conduct a feedback discussion with the student or parent. Any concerns or areas of improvement will be addressed at the earliest. Additionally, parents or students may provide feedback directly to My Tutor Xpert management at any time if they wish.

My Tutor Xpert provides online education services to students worldwide, including (but not limited to) the UK, Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong, India, and Pakistan.
We are a global online education platform and do not have any physical offices or educational centers in the UAE. Additionally, we do not hire teachers or tutors as full-time or part-time employees within the UAE.
All tutoring sessions are conducted through our online platform. We do not provide any form of in-person or physical tutoring in the UAE.
My Tutor Xpert does not provide any certification, diploma, or academic degree in any part of the world.
Students and parents are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all local laws in their respective countries before enrolling in our online tutoring services.
Students and parents must not share personal contact information (including but not limited to Skype IDs, email addresses, or phone numbers) with tutors. All communication and logistics will be handled exclusively by My Tutor Xpert administrators.
Students are advised to avoid engaging in personal conversations with tutors during or after tutoring sessions. This policy is in place to maintain professionalism and a focused learning environment.
Students or parents must purchase a minimum of four (4) sessions per subject at a time, equivalent to four hours of tutoring per subject.
All payments must be made in advance before the start of sessions. Payments are non-refundable. However, My Tutor Xpert ensures that all scheduled sessions are successfully delivered.
If a student or parent is dissatisfied with a tutor’s performance, My Tutor Xpert administration will conduct a thorough review. If necessary, the tutor may be replaced for the remaining sessions. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
The hours purchased for online tutoring can only be used for online sessions and cannot be transferred to any form of in-person or physical tutoring.
