Refund and Withdrawal Policy

My Tutor Xpert (MTX) takes full responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of its tutoring classes, ensuring that they are both educational and engaging for students.

All payments for tutoring sessions must be made in advance before the commencement of classes. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

However, if a student or parent is dissatisfied with a tutor’s performance, the MTX administration will conduct a thorough review of the situation. If necessary, the tutor may be replaced for the remaining sessions. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
